The northbound portion of Edsa from guadalupe bridge up to Pioneer MRT was a river this morning, with a large volume of flowing water..Didn't get a picture of it though.. too bad. Anybody got a snapshot?

Just wondering where that much water came from and why discharge it on the road? tsk tsk
