i was at the corner of mia road and naiia ave when i noticed three traffic aides (vultures in disguise) flagging down several fx with top loads on their roof racks (presumably airport arrivals).

someone told me na kailangan specified sa rehistro yung roof rack or rails otherwise violation daw.

i have a starrex with roof rack and i checked my registration and there's nothing about roof rack/rail. now i'm worried baka pag me load ako sa top eh madale ako ng mga bwitre.

can anyone please clarify on this. TIA
