Stupid Bus Driver Bumps Lady On Motorcycle

the wife of my brother-in law met an accident last monday 8:30 am when a service bus for a company in laguna technopark bumped her honda motorcycle from behind while she was in a complete stop. she was just letting the cars pass by so she could make a left turn towards the entrance of the village where her family lives. she just brought her 6 yr old daughter to school when the tragedy happened. when the bus hit her motorcycle, she was thrown into the windshield of the bus then to the pavement a few meters away. the bus driver said he didn't notice the left signal flashing motorcycle(the nerve!). it's a good thing a kind hearted tricycle driver who witnessed the whole incident brought her immediately to the doctor.

Sakit talaga sa ulo karamihan ng mga service drivers dyan sa part ng Sta.Rosa, Binan, Cabuyao at Calamba. Bukod sa malalaki sasakyan nila, mapipilitan ka talagang huminto pag nagsakay sila, barumbado pa kadalasan. Ginagawang rally circuit mga masisikip na daan ng Calabarzon.

I see the behavior of the bus driver all the time with my IT technical support staff and no matter how many times i scold them, they do it again. I don't let them get away with the "pasensya na" tactic and ask them to tell me what they should do the next time in a similar situation. Then, they do it again. At least, they can't argue with me the next time i do their performance evaluation.
