i think hopkins was too big and strong for de la hoya. oscar ventured too far in weight class.

but i hope oscar wins this one he's stronger and bigger plus he has mosley as a sparring partner and roach as his trainer. it would have been better if mayweather sr. was at his corner.

mayweather jr. on the other hand is the more skilled fighter and definitely the faster one. but he's moving up in weight and they will be wearing bigger and heavier gloves so that'll negate some of the speed advantage that he has. if floyd wins this bout, i think it'll be by decision. he can't win if he stands toe to toe with oscar, especially if oscar unleashes his left hook.

i think floyd will do a jose luis castillo on cotto. antonio margarito will have a better chance against floyd. the best that'll match up great with floyd imho is mosley at welterweight
