    Of course property owners can claim compensation if they need to move the driveway, that's the least for the contractor can do to compensate him I'm just replying to the quote above mine about acquiring property for right of way purposes. Eh hinde naman ganun yun case ni TS. parang marami akong nakitang same case with TS sa service road ng SLEX yun mga foundation din ng skyway Sa harap mismoeng gate
