Kung kasya lang yung jeepney sa sala o kwarto ipipilit yan ng Pinoy na pasahero. Dito sa amin may segment na laging trapik, mga pasahero mas gusto pa umupo sa jeep/bus ng 20 minutos kesa maglakad ng 2 minuto.

Eh mas ok pag yang mga scootings eh hindi makaka overtake, hindi magdaredevil stunt cornering na pinapadikit yung gilid ng tuhod sa road. So may proposal eh ganito lang iallow na two tire sa likod. Tingnan ko kung may mag riding in tandem pa.

require all operators of non-muscle-powered vehicles on pulblic roads, to have a driver's license.
and be extra-observant on these folks... pounce on 'em and fine them, when they commit infarctions.
