    "00" Green Light on the Baywalk. Last Admins the traffic light is countdown but now new Mayor seated no more restaurant in baywalk.

    i just remembered last week dumaan ako doon northbound. gumagana ang timer at nagtigil ang mga vehicles nung nakapula.

    a month ago naman di siya gumagana.

    Yung mga dating restaurant yata, ginamit na timer ang traffic light. Madami sigurong nag-reklamo na hindi pa tapos kumain, tapos na ang countdown at red na agad yung ilaw. Kaya yung bagong mayor, inutos na green na lang palagi ang ilaw para mas matagal makakain mga tao, pero tinanggal naman mga restaurant.

    Tama ba?

    since wala ng mga restaurants, the turning on of the green light (signalling the pedestrians to cross the street) has been reduced in its frequency. this gives the pedestrians less "go" time and more "stop" time at the crosswalk.

    on the other hand, this gives the vehicles more "go" time and less "stop" time at the crosswalk junction.

    kaya nga sinabi niya "be alert guys" since baka me pedestrians na tumatawid pa eh nag gi green na yung traffic light para sa mga vehicles.

    mali ba ako?

    Hindi ko magets.
    Since na wala nang establishment sa baywalk hindi narin kelangan ng timer yung stop light dun. Everyday dumadaan ako dun at kung may pumindot na pedestrian na tatawid sya magpupula yung stop light for 60 secs or less.

    Yes, this is correct.

    My favorite traffic light in Metro Manila was shutdown. Wala na ang countdown timer. Wala na rin halos tumatawid dito dahil wala na ang mga restaurants sa baywalk.....

    pareho pala tayo ng favorite stoplight! wish ko lang sana lahat ng stoplight sa pinas eh may countdown timer.....

    lagi kasi ako napapabigla sa preno! mahirap pa naman kapag sluggish ang ride....
