what if we "declog" manila? ikalat nila ang trabaho sa probinsya, id be willing to move to province kung meron lang trabaho don.

That is the purpose on why we have these export processing zones, re: CEPZA, EPZA, Laguna Techno Park, etc. Basically, manpower for the industries inside these zones come from the communities nearby.
But, unfortunately these "measures" are few and far in between, considering the fact that our country is an archipelago. Unemployed people from the far flung islands would still resort to coming to the big city.
Unfortunately, manufacturing still isn't that great a sector in the country with all the red tape, KMU, and high electricity rates. The Philippines will continue to be built around Imperial Manila. The best is to really build up in infrastructure to improve mobility around Metro Manila and to the outlying provinces.
When i started working, 30-40 minutes i'm home from Makati. Now it's a good hour or so.
Di ko kasi maintindihan kung mahirap lang ba talaga pangaralan ang mga tao sa pag asenso, wala bang mga disiplina, o wala lang talaga mga ambisyon.
