For me:

International:
-Hong Kong
-Yiwu, China
-Xiamen, China
-Bangkok, Thailand
-Jakarta, Indonesia
-Taiwan (tour of the country)
-New Zealand (north & south islands)

Local:
-Baguio
-Boracay
-Tagaytay
-Subic
-Clark

While in Yiwu, China, I couldn't get connected to certain sites and my ******* downloads wouldn't work either. Obviously it was the Chinese censorship giving me grief. After half an hour, I figured out a solution using a rather unique peer-to-peer proxying software to get around the blocked connections.
