actually simple buy and sell lng yan, they buy the junk (aluminum, copper, steel etc.) and sell them to raw material manufacturers

rsnald, actually hindi naman 800% agad ang return nun. kasi may costing pa ang grinding machine, trucking (if they don't own their trucks), labor (maghahakot and magbubuhat papunta sa truck).

this is really a good business venture if you really don't mind all that dirt and smell. dapat nga may cash ka lagi. pag check naman, di pwedeng cross check or post dated. kasi ineencash nila agad yun sa bank.

we also do this, pero yung binibili namin, mga useable "junk" pa. and we also sell our off-sizes na stocks or mga dilapidated and a little rusted stocks.

another way of doing this is yung mga nagdedemolition ng mga factory, warehouse, bahay. they buy the whole house, then demolish it, sell all the saleable parts, sell as scrap the ones that are not useable as is, and the rest of the pile of rubble would be sold as panambak.

in this business, you'll see money in everything. hehehe :D heck! even manure can be turned into fertilizer, right?

one option is to sell it sa mga nagtutunaw ng bote to manufacture again as other glass products like mga window panes, automotive glass, etc. that is if the bottles are already dirty.

but for some types of bottles, like mga san mig beer bottles, ginebra, datu puti.. these kind of bottles command a higher price coz they could still be used as is, konting linis lang. they could be containers for vinegar, patis, toyo for the backyard manufacturers. san miguel bottles can be sold to sari-sari stores for them to be able to get beers from san miguel without paying for the bottles also. (mind you, beer cases also are being sold, you can't trade only bottles without cases with san miguel, i think )

plastics are also somewhat the same. clear and maleable (medyo malambot/ makunat) gets a higher value over malutong. clear plastics can still be combined with specific colored plastic pellets so that you could still get the color you want. while mixed colored plastic would eventually be mixed with other color to get a "black" kind of plastic pellets for manufacturers of plastic products.

p.s. you don't have to have a junk shop for you to do this business. if you don't have the capital, you could still be an "ahente." you find the junk you think has value, then you sell it to a prospective buyer for a higher price. once the deal is finalized and delivered. you get your commision. voila! you've already earned

paano ba kumikita ang mga junkshops?
