I took the MBA program of ADMU GSB (did not do my thesis... :batman but was not really happy with it. I think the Middle Manager of Regis program would be better for those who have been out on the workforce.

OT: When should you take a master's degree or MBA? Does Ateneo offer scholarships for its MBA program?

Bro.,- I think you meant Middle Manager Program or Regis Program.

Regis Program kasi is in partnership with Regis University in CO, and is targeted for Sr. Managers and Executives.

Thanks for the correction. I meant Middle Manager or Regis Program

*clavel: I also attended the weekday classes of the MBA standard program. Most of what we learned were not already thought back in college (ADMU) or learned at the office (i have been working for around 3 years when i first enrolled). Did it make a difference for me in my line of work? Not really as my promotions and subsequent offers with other companies were a direct result of my work experience and relationships. I was expecting more i guess, or with my work experience, i should have gone for the Mid Manager or Regis progam to fast rack it just as well since my work responsibilities/obligations increased and did not allow me much time to do my thesis and give time to my family afterwards.

The MBA Middle Manager program is designed for senior managers and staff members who occupy a supervisory and managerial position in their organizations and who wish to become senior executives and directors of their respective companies.

It is also a non-thesis program... Sad to say hindi ko din naman sya magamit to the fullest coz of industry environment where im working right now.

Its more on preparation to the next level or for the future. Im not expecting na may matututonan ako.

i already finished my Masteral of Science and I choice to take MBA again bakit ko ginawa its more of pampaganda lang nang credentials and connections.
