FD: as far as I understad, they would handle all the shipping transaction for the client. Philpay would notify the client "every step of the way" - kung nakaalis na yung package sa port of origin, kung ano na ang shipment status i.e. kung nasaan na at kung dumating na sa 'Pinas. Tapos, they would contact you by phone kung dumating na yung package.

pinaka ok experience ko sa yahoo stores, madali kausap and even if the amount reaches $1k-2k madali lang transaction, lalo if you're a returning customer.

Door-delivery service din ba? What if na lost in-transit yung item?

AFAIK, kung may insurance kang kinuha sa kanila eh babayaran ka partially for the loss. Pero, unconfirmed info pa ito.

Partial payment lang? Risky pa rin.

may tracking number ka naman eh kahit overseas shipment .. in anycase, there's always a risk that a package can get lost in transit .. i hardly ever get insurance, dagdag gastos kasi, pero so far wala pa naman akong nawawalang package ..
