Yep,expensive in CA,NY,FL pero depende sa area or distric na puntahan mo,like for instance;sa housing rentals some range from $850 to $1200 or more per month;sa foods medyo mura $11 for family size pizza hut or $1.50 for half size cooked chicken $1 isang tali ng kangkong;$2.80 something sa gasoline per gallon.pag babasihan mo nalang ang mga above prices.basta wag ka mag compare sa peso when buying/paying something d2 sa U.S.
tjmaxx & jeffrocks thanks po sa mga info. medyo mababa pala talaga ang cost of living doon. kaya lang for sure mababa din ang salary. any idea po how much a family should be earning to support a family of 5? (with 3kids-8yrs,3yrs &10mos).

IMO, in your situation you have 3 kids to care of and the youngest is 10 mos. either you or your wife will stay put at home for the siblings because you spend a fortune to pay for the nannies,so expensive here paying them by the hours, remember you've got three kids.Basically for starter must earn 4k or more to sustained the family.Scout for public schools in your area,be prepared for the values they've learned as teeners in school.Private schools are expensive too, example, one sem for nursing student is $16k.Scholarship?not that easy to get one.UST nursing is just $1k or 50 thou pesos only for one sem...but you will overcome all of these Just always PRAISE HIM...
