    Hi guys,

Ask ko lang kung sino sa inyo dito ang nagrerent ng space and working in Manila pero sa province talaga nakatira na may car?

Plan ko kasi bumili ng car pero not sure if mahirap ba na nagbebedspace sa manila then renting a car parking when I own a car. Where do you park the car? Nagagamit nyo ba lagi yung car nyo? If not, are there any regrets na sana hindi kayo nagcar since di nyo rin nagagamit madalas?
    Can you share your experiences?

    Budol-budol ka ata.

look for and rent, a condo or townhouse, and garage slot. they do not always come as a set.
or look for a small house and lot, with garage.
some buildings do not allow rental of garage slot, if rentee does not reside in their building.
the most influential aspect of renting, is LOCATION.

but if you are planning to stay long, might i suggest, buy one.
you can always rent it out, should you choose to relocate later.

    btw,
let your plans simmer for a few weeks or months..
    baka takaw-tingin lang yan.
    "it works for me."

    good luck.

3M enables you to buy an english-tagalog dictionary.
but it does not enable you to read it fast enough.

hindi niya prublema yung 3M. prublema niya, what car to buy and where to park it.

his definition of bedspace might just be a bit bigger than yours.
    remember michael jackstone's bedroom?
and that famous "clothes closet" where the person was imprisoned?

    heh heh.

doc yung 5thou na bedspace ewan ko ah.

    Dapat before kotse, tirahan muna.

Alam nyo naman ako no parking, walang karapatan to buy a car.

So improve muna yung tirahan. Nakaipon 3million tapos bedspace.... really????

well, i'm taking him at his word.

    it'a actually a good question,
"where do i garage my car?"

it's better forward-thinking, than others who buy a car and park it in front of the fire hydrant, because that's the only space left available.

You mentioned in your other thread na you pay P5k for bed space. Monthly rent ng parking space ng friend ko P4,500 and that is considered cheap. Halos magka presyo ng tirahan mo sa tirahan ng kotse mo

Ano naman problema kung English or Tagalog yung post niya? Bilingual naman mga Pilipino.

Kaya siguro siya may P3M kasi nga nagbe bedspace siya. That's just the term he uses but I have a lot of single colleagues with good salaries who do the same. They rent a condo and share it with other people. They call them housemates or flatmates. Buti nga siya may P3M, yung BFF ko, mid 30s na, up until now may housemate pa rin at kahit P1M wala.

But these people I know who share a condo, wala silang auto. Kasi they rent condos that are close enough for them to walk to work.
