    Child seats... Funny

in a country where tricycles are used as school service

We need the anti drunk driving law to be better implemented.

has there been a study, on where these drunk drivers came from, where they got drunk, before driving off in their mis-guided missiles-cum-cars?
perhaps we can station officers there, ready with the requisite breath analyzers...

Like dapat kulong kaagad or revoke yung license once you got into an accident or you hit someone and you were found to be drunk. A test at a nearby hospital can prove that you are intoxicated.

Nung maliit pa anak ko, I followed the rules for child car safety...

I agree that the bill is good...

Ibang iba magdrive ng walang tint, sa medium tint and pinakaworst super dark tint. So ibanned na talaga super dark. Para ka nasa kweba nyan.

    i agree.
immediate one-year (or so) suspension of driving license, if found drunk.
    plus, substantial fine.
so what definition of "drunk" are they gonna use?
    heh heh.

I remember a few years back, yung mga traffic enforcers were issued breath analyzers. I'm just not sure kung mmda mga to or mga pulis.

Pero I haven't heard or seen any from news.

Problema kasi parati ko naririnig sa news eh, "mukhang lasing" or "amoy alak". The breath analyzers would have made the decision of who is a drunk driver objective.

Since this will soon be implemented, is my understanding correct that if a child (12 yo and younger) is 59 inches or more in height then a safety seat is no longer required?

I looked up old articles from topgearph, smart parenting, etc. and it's all vague.

My 10-year old stands 5' flat. He sits in front when I take him to school.

Oh well... only in the Phils.
