It's generally considered unattractive kasi if the eyes have no crease or fold. When doing eye make up the crease is emphasized and made to look larger or deeper. In the case above an illusion of a crease is made and the eyes were made to appear larger.

The power of make-up has been proven time and again in the different night spots around the country, be it in upscale places like Makati, BGC, etc. To the lowest of them, like Libertad/Rotonda in Pasay, or in Baclaran.

Pag gabi, at naka make-up = Maganda, parang si ....... (insert the name of your favorite ****star here)

Pag umaga, at natanggal na ang make-up = OMG!

Another way is to look at your GF's mom to see how she would likely look 20-30 years down the road. Make-up won't hide that.

Unless your GF didn't get her looks from her mom.... then you look at her dad. :naughty2:
