    the best way to setup your monitor crt/lcd is to use a calibration tool (hardware preferably). i'm using a spyder 2 express.

    depende sa monitor, pero set ko mas lower ang brightness keysa contrast

    sa CRT
    50 - 75 brightness
    100 contrast

    sa LCD

    25 brightness
    32 contrast
