kung same compensation and benefits, you are better off abroad. you pay your taxes abroad and there is no need to pay taxes here or even file an ITR
the income tax rate here is higher (32%) and there is a limit to tax shields (fringe benefits tax). as for cost of living (housing, gasoline, entertainment, etc), ikaw na mag input nyan.
but if you are given your present compensation plus 50% more, then it might be worth it as it will now be more or less the same
with what you are getting now
