What are products that are not as well made now as it were in the past?

Chowking Halo Halo - used to be one of my favorites but quality went downhill since it was bought by Jollibee

Big Mac - it's not as big as it was in the 80s and 90s.

Carrier Aircon - oldest AC (20 + yrs) cools better than the newer AC (10 + yrs old) considering that the newer AC's HP is above the recommended HP.

GE Ref - our old kitchen ref worked for over 10 yrs. We replaced it with another GE which we had to dispose in less than 4 yrs. We replaced it with a Panasonic, so far so good.

Hollow blocks - mukhang mahuna compared to sinaunang hollow blocks

Panasonic seems consistent with quality. My TV and Ref are both over 20 yrs old and still working perfectly! I plan to replace my room's AC to a Panasonic in the future. Another brand that has not disappointed me is Toyota

Yung gravy ng kfc hindi na masarap. Nung 1980s ang sarap ng gravy. Favorite ko sa greenhills branch dati.

Mga chicken ngayon malansa na. Dati malinamnam pa. Kaya pag kakain ako manok mas type ko luto yung sa uling para ubos yung lansa.

Shakeys nag-iba lasa.

Sugarhouse parang nagiba.

Nike shoes pabulok ng pabulok.

Chuck taylor na lang ata hindi nagbago. Matibay pa din at naging hip mga style

Rock songs and well... songs in general... few bands come close to the levels of brilliance of beatles, the who, rolling stones, metallica, aerosmith, G&R... locally though, we are in the twilight of the OPM renaissance of the 00s. Urbandub, franco, UDD and imago still kicking ass

I agree sa kfc gravy.. dati, gravy palang ulam na... ngaun... meh

yung una labas ng longganisa ng jollibee dati malaki panun, way back mga 1996 tas ngayon liit nadin..

PRINGLES iba ang lasa nung local kaya pag bumibili kami dun ako kumukuha sa mga imported products.

yung pringles ngayon parang lasang karton at arina.
yung cheese flavor din pangit na... wala na din yung cheezums na flavor....

sayang you tag line na "once you pop, you can't stop" kasi sobrang pangit na.

chickenjoy: naging puro cornstarch at harina na din. nawala na yung dating lasa nung bata ako.actually halos buong lineup ng jollibee nagbago lasa. buti pa sa mcdo lumiliit lang serving at minor change in taste lang.

OT: i used to think na baka tumanda lang ako at nagiba na standards and flavors na hanap. good to know marami din pala nakapansin.

Aristocrat chicken mas masarap yung dating luto nila. May effect din siguro yung hindi charcoal grilled siya, especially yung branches na nasa mall.

Majority of appliances today are no longer built to last, parang may set lifespan to ensure bibili ka ulit ng bago after ilang years.

McDonald's quarter pound use to really be a quarter pounder in weight. Dati ito laging binibili ko dahil almost same price ng big Mac pero di hamak na mas malaki siya, ngayon liit na niya, naming na lang yung quarter pounder niya.
