Bordello Battles Round 17
# Thugs per hood level has been increased from 25 to 50
# Thugs now come with and never loose pistols during an attack.
# Pistol count won't be shown and they won't be for sale in the weapons shop.
# Rifles have been added. Rifles have 3 shots in them and each shot will always result in a head shot.
# Rifles WILL NOT be for sale instead they will be "dropped" in various parts of the game
# Rifles will not be lost during an attack
# Thug motivation will remain in the game but the motivating factors have been changed from last round
# Bounties cannot exceed 150% of the person's net worth
# Police wars have been removed ( getting ready for the city map )
