    The closest to realtime-monitoring of thunderstorms would be a DOPPLER weather radar which can update in 1 or 2 minutes plus client software that ingests them.

    ang alam ko lng is www.cwb.gov.tw eto ginagamit ko pag may storm na nmn sa asia... per hour ung shot ng storm or weather status from satellite....

    I like Weather Pulse. It should be able to gather data from the Far East although the availability of current data decides how much can be displayed. I like WP also because it displays radar loops and satellite with radar overlay.
