Hopefully mapuno yung tenants ulit yung estancia once the mall beside it (extension that is) will be opened and marami na ang pupunta doon.

Haha inextend pa nila noh? Yung existing mall hindi nila mapuno ng tenants.

Magkaron ata Cinemas and gym? Dun ba ilalagay anytime fitness?

Tingin ko susunod na magsara yung Spanish resto sa tabi ng Mary Grace.

Oo, doon ilalagay ang cinema sa ginagawang mall.. I guess by this year matatapos yun. Pati SM Store andoon din. I counted the floors ng ginagawang mall.

    Lucio Tan to number 7 (from number 3);

and Andrew Tan to number 10 (from number 8).

Enrique Razon, Jr. and Tony Tan Caktiong maintained their spots at number 5 and 6, respectively.

Meanwhile, new names such as Jaime Zobel de Ayala (number 4) and Ramon Ang (number 8) made it to Forbe’s Top 10 Filipino billionaires list for 2018. – Marje Pelayo

    Let's see...

He buys land submerged in water (like bodies of water that used to be salt beds in Las Piñas, or parts of the Zapote River) for cheap, reclaims said land, and builds his subdivisions on them for a sizeable profit.

C5 extension passes through his properties.

He has malls: Vista, Starmall, Evia, a hotel sa C5.

I think he practically owns Las Piñas, part of Cavite, and parts of Laguna sa dami ng pinagpatayuan ng Camella. Ibang developers din na hindi gamit ang name na "Camella" ay actually connected din sa Camella.

Cynthia Villar was already rich when Manny married her so don't believe the "Sipag at Tyaga" slogan.

    Ibahin ninyo si Manny Villar.

When he married Cynthia, her brother, Nene Aguilar was far far richer than him....

Fast forward today, he is infinitely richer than all of the Aguilars combined...

    😉😉😉

Tagal na... Pero yung extra condiments lang normally. The first one is usually free (in case of hotdogs, etc)

If you're in the flood prone area of Gatchalian, near the pechayan, then that's a good move bro....

However, the roads and drainage system have been upgraded to mitigate flooding....

hinde pa fafa, stop muna ako coffee, tirador ako ng milk tea ngaun eh. Gong Cha, Yi Fang, Macao Imperial i drink non-caffeine kasi gusto makatulog lagi,

anukaya open sila milk tea project para naman ma ambunan sila dyan ng millennials customers, parang langaw yan coffee project, anyways that was a weekday when I went

pero binanatan na ng misis ko yun Bake Day kasi 50% off pag 9pm onwards ata, namili ng pastries, croissant ganun, mahilig din ako sa bakery goods hihi
