anybody else experience how slippery the surfacing used on trinoma parking spaces get when it gets wet?

The rear tires on my truck aren't due to be replaced anytime soon, but they keep slipping, even at low gear+low revs, making it hard to run from a complete stop. Sometimes there's grip, then sometimes none (especially on the puddles). I initially thought that the clutch needed replacing, but I noticed that the anomaly only occured on the parking floors that were soaked.

good thing nobody has the bright idea of speeding inside the carpark

Tried a mini burn-out with my Civic there. :D Of course it was a very brief and controlled wheel spin, lasting only about a second. Yes, it's slippery alright. Prompted me to drive slowly. So if you have any vehicle stability assist (VSA on Hondas) and the like, make use of it indoors or outdoors, especially in wet surfaces. It's not insurance against getting into an accident, but it helps nevertheless.

aga_cruz: oo nga no. usually nangyayari to pag mag isa lang ako. pag loaded di masyado madulas

testament: sumakto ata yung malalakas na ulan dun sa mga pagpunta ko sa trinoma - which was almost daily last week

oj88: you could probably drift in there, if not for those posts and girders! unfortunately my ride doesn't have any driver aids... no ABS, EBD, ESP, LSD, ni walang SRS.

Worst mall parking talaga ang Trinoma... Hazardous, cramped, at chaotic! Hindi ko makasanayan ang style nila dun.

I can park there with my eyes closed. :D Greenbelt basement parking naman ang di ko makasanayan. Well, that's because, twice pa lang ako nagpark dun. Usually I park at Glorietta, 6750 or Park Square.

Trinoma parking + rain = hazard?
