    Does anyone here played or is still playing Magic: The Gathering?

    I still have my Ernhamn - Kird Ape deck at home.

    I can still remember those surprise first turn moves... Taiga, Tinderwall, 2 Kird Apes...

    uy this brings back memories a

    i used to play (with a borrowed deck so wala akong gastos hehe)

    blue, red ako
    or green black.. kung alin mahiram ko at the time

    paborito kong pangnakaw sa blue .. mind control at steal atrifact hehe
    sa red naman yung walang kamatayang fireball hehe

    green.. whirling dervish ata yon
    sa black syempre terror hehehe

    nanghihiram lang din ako nung college days pa. meron din akong PC game ng Magic, pero syempre mas masaya yung real thing, ang sarap pang magasar! :bwahaha:

    Back in college sa US, hehe wala magawa eh... Mura lang din kasi dun so i tried it, nakakaadict din

    Pero surprised ako when i came here, sobrang "baby" mga cards dito, kami dun we use it almost like baraha lang hehe.

    way back in college...minsan hindi na kami pumapasok para makapag magic lang sa quadrangle ng san beda..hehehe...btw, deck ko is red and black...creature and instant combo...i like kindle...:D i hate blue deck..palaging na cocounter ang mga kindle at instant ko..

    white winnie naman sakin... way back in college... savannah lions 2/1, one manna to cast at syempre yung tundra wolves 1/1 first strike... tapos crusades... after one month of playing, i joined a major tournament... nakapasok ako sa semis!... hanggang dun nga lang pero masaya na ako sobra... after that parang nawala ang interes ko.

    onga eh...parang hypnotic breaster, este, specter B)

    the last deck i ever formed was a hand destruction/deck manipulation deck(black/blue); thought it was the best solution against decks based around key cards

    red-blue cheese deck...

    green-black deck

    white weenie deck

    green-white decks.....

    wala palang 4-of-a-kind rule dati, as in you can have a deck full of lands and lightning bolts lang

    first deck ko ung red-blue. keso-counter
    tapos nag pure red ako. pang buraot. l.bolt, fireball, disintegrate.... etc...
    tas ung huli hindi ko na nabuo. green-white. kulang ng armageddon. elves tapos puro big creatures saka g.growth tapos armageddon!

    Hanggang ngayon nasa akin pa rin yung red-green deck ko. Balita ko nga Type 1 na ito. Tapos yung officemate ko nakikita ko may dalang magic, ibang iba na ngayon compared sa dati.

    5 color ako e. kasi may "draco" ako. 9/9 kaso 16 to cast ata un. pero ma minus ng 2 to cast kada color. kaya nagiging 6 to cast nalang.

    pamatay ko dati ung red e, kasi blaster(?) tama ba? un ata tawag dun sa deck ko na un. kaso pag ka buo ko ng deck, kinabukasan nakuha ng magaling kong guro.. haha , malas, e karamihan dun tig Php100 ata isa

    1st deck back in '95... Red Green Weenie...Griszzly Bear, Scryb Sprites, Giant Growths and cheese, newbie pa lang ang incinerate noon... plus a couple of howling mines to hasten the draw.

    2nd, more serious deck, Black/Red Discarder...Black Knights, Knights of Stromgald, Hyms, of course...and cheese

    3rd Deck.. Tourney Deck that landed me in d Top 16 in the Greenhills Prequalifiers... Black/Red Buried Alive... twist...may despotic scepter that destroys your own permanents... baket kamo? Dahil sa buwisit na Swords to Plowshares... pinapaararo yung mga Ashen Ghouls at Nether Shadows ko. Natalo ako ng Whirling Dervish.

    ...stopped for about 7 years...

    6 months ago... back to the colors I started with... Red/Green Tooth and Nail Deck... hanep talaga Eternal Witness at Kiki-Jiki!!!

    Around 3 to 4 months ago, my daughter was born. Well...let's just say I have to bid adieu to MtG...again... and say hello to a REAL magic.
