Timberland Heights - Ano sa tingin nyo?

Mga sir may nakatira ba sa inyo sa timberland heights (Banyan, Mandala, Ranch) sa Rizal? hindi ba naglala-landslide ang lupa doon?

Resurrect ko lang yung thread. Maganda yung lugar dito kaya lang malapit ito sa san mateo sanitary landfill dun sa shotgun road. Sa mga property owners here in timberland heights, umaamoy ba yung landfill? Ano feedback nyo sa lugar, pros and cons of living there? Interested din sa property here. Thanks.

Adobe yung lupa sa timberland. Meaning matigas yung lupa. May ilan lots maganda kasi overlooking sa skyline ng manila. But majority are so so lang. Kung bibili ako dito, dahil lang sa view.

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. Do you happen to know kung umaamoy yung sanitary landfill? Around 5 kms or less lang yata from the subdivision yung new landfill. Tapos meron pa yung old landfill sa san mateo din. Don't know lang kung gaano kalayo from timberland. Major concern kasi ito for us, baka health hazzard naman, especially for the kids. Anyway thanks again.

When I went around to check it out, I didn't notice any unusual smell naman. Better if you go around then small talk the guards.

For me ang layo masyado. No better than the other residential areas in San Mateo.

Good biking place though.

i played tennis there once at maganda iyong amenities ng country club nila (not sure if that serves as the village's clubhouse too). pero napamura kami sa layo talaga. i didn't expect it would be that far kasi southern boy ako pero lumaki naman ako sa loyola heights kaya akala ko medyo hassle free ang biyahe
