I also remember, back at my grandparent's/family house we could park 6 cars in the garage, 3 cars x 2 cars (this was in the 1980s - dalawang MB 123, Corona Wedge, Corona Wagon, Lancer and a Crown). Now only 4 will fit because cars have gotten longer and wider.

My dream is to have a house with a second lot just to double as a lanai/garden and project car parking.

That'a a good layout. In my lola's house malas mo if your car is on the inner part because it's 5 x 2
