Question is if the LRA had already digitally scanned and completed conversion nationwide to e-Titles for the old titles they have on their Registry of Deeds vaults, what is the reason we should still bring our old red Owner's Duplicate Copy to be converted to e-Title?

Its just a databasesupposedly to make it easier or faster to retrieve records and to make it difficult for fakers to fake land titles

as an owner of land you should just exercise due diligence if the electronification didnt alter anything on your owners duplicate copy

But isn't the old original titles held by the Registry of Deeds are e-Titled already by now nationwide? So in a way, even if we are still holding the old red Owner's Duplicate Copy, we are still protected in a way?

Madali lang kunuha ng original e-copy bossing. Affidavit of loss, tapos papers na "ikaw" yung owner. They can assume your identity. Pag nakuha birth certificate mo online (they only need your father's name, mother's maiden name, your birthday) makakakuha na ng passport. They can use that passport to assume your identity. Pag nakakuha ng title tapos na laban. Pero pag ikaw na ang nauna na kumuha nakarecord na dun na issued na yung new original copy ng title mahihirapan na yung land grabber na kumuha.
