where do they get that amount of money, to splurge on a car!

and the initial reports named the so-called registered owners of the cars.
i am assuming, their addresses are in the database. mine is.
but if said cars have gone into hiding, or if the addresses are fictional,
authorities will just have to wait for eyewitnesses calling in, to say that the car is garaged "beside my neighbor's... with address at...".
