    most of the time eh wala ako....andito ako sa ibayong dagat eh....

    but kapag umuuwi nman ako eh ako ang naghahatid at sundo sa mga tsikiting ko....tapos pasyal tuloy ng konte.....bonding ika nga.....

    depends kung ano meron event... but in most cases, no... I actually resigned from my old job when they wanted me to leave the country for 6+ mos, eh kapapanganak lang ng anak ko hehe, no way, lipat ako company.

    No... I actually hate companies & bosses who don't allow their employees to take a leave because of this.

    lagi kami nag-attend ni misis kapag kasali ang mga anak namin sa school program, halfday or sick leave na lang ako.. at ganun din kapag may field trip (kinder to grade 3) , either ako or si misis ang kasama. makikita mo kung gaano sila kasaya habang pinapanood mo sila magperform and you'll be proud naman.

    I'd like to think that I would never miss my kid's school activity for my work.

    Importante sa bata yung nakikita nilang suporta from the parents, no matter how inconsequential it may seem to adults.
