apartel in manila?

Hi all,

can anyone recommend a fully furnished (with A/C) apartment/condo/apartel near taft,makati or la salle university?

some of my friends from abroad will need to stay for 2~3 months.

here are the conditions:

1.either studio or 1 br.

2.around or below 10k/month

3.short term acceptable (2~3 months)

4.better "apartel", although more expensive but includes electricity bill,water and furnitures.

5. aircon!!

goooood luck hehe. Your budget is too small for your wishes. Consider that the place will usually ask for a deposit, most often equal to the rent for the duration of your stay. Also for people coming from out of town, that A/C unit is going to get LOT of use, expect to pay an extra 3-5t a month in electric bills...

You may be able to find furnished apartments/condos for roughly what you want, but they will want long term contracts of at least 6 mos. You are looking for something like this:

a friend from the US just stayed here for 1 month.. and he stayed at one of the new condo in Eastwood.. he paid 30K / month for a 1 bedroom unit, pretty decent unit, with aircon in the living room and bedroom, own kitchen with ref, electric range, etc. Electric / Water bill is separate.. he paid like 5T for the electric bill.

medyo mababa nga ang 10K, mga makati condotel like Millenia (or those along makati ave/burgos) mga 20-25K/mo + 8K util deposit...

eastwood mga 30-35K + util dep per month ang 1BR...

I've asked hehe, i need one din kasi.

napakababa ng budget mo....if you find one, share it with us.... maybe we can rent it in long term at 10K all inclusive then offer it for lease to somebody else at 13 to 15K exclusive of the bills.... herherherher maybe even more if you find such kind of place in makati area.....

i found some units with only 9k/month (studio,furnished) in vito cruz but monthly dues and bills are exclusive...do not know if short term is acceptable...
