Napansin ko this weekend that ung rightmost lane ng Buendia-EDSA flyover was partially blocked. Sa gilid-gilid e may nakita akong bits of glass. Any idea what happened there? The funny thing is, last last weekend ko pa nakita ung mga bubog...kahapon e anjan pa rin
