I'm using twin bed sheet so I guess my bed is in between single and double?

If I get married, I want a California King Size bed or any bed with a width of at least 6' so a person could sleep comfortably from corner to corner/any direction

Size isn't everything. You should also consider the "topper" of the mattress so it won't been too hard/stiff when you pay down. My bed has a soft foam topper and a feather-down final layer to make it soft and very comfy.

well, bedsheets with higher thread count does usually come in plain colors or whites only.
