January 14th, 2019 08:00 AM #1Mga sirs, baka may idea kayo or experience sa mga companies na ito or may pwede kayong i-suggest na madaling kausap, budget-friend at hindi sakit sa ulo (based sa maraming experiences sa ibang forum sa mga tumatakbong contractors pagkakuha ng pera...)
May architect ako pero wala pang build contractor, so gusto kong lapitan itong mga companies below:
1. CM Builders
2. JDP Construction
3. Red Master Builders
Ano po kaya tamang approach to discuss details, ipa-bid sa 1 or 2 companies?
Thanks

January 15th, 2019 09:32 PM #5Out of the three, I will go with CMBuilders. Nasa shortlist din sila when I was scouting for a contractor. Kinuha ko kasi design and construct kaya nakatemplate na yung layout nung bahay ko.
Mine is MDEN.

Nowhere near worthy of the mention, good sir. I'm just here to share & learn, much like most.[emoji120]
I'm of no real help on builder choice due to geography, sir.
Bid or negotiate? That's your call, sir. Try to look at their respective work, current & long done. How they've aged will tell you of their work, standards & quality. Seek honest reviews from clients. Check their post-construction service or aftersales. Take it from there. Trust is key between you, the architect & the builder.
My philosophy is simple. Take ownership in everything we do. Ours, yours, theirs....there should be no difference. What wouldn't pass one's own palate should never be served. The relationships that are built from structures built matter much much more.
Don't fear. With the right team, the journey of constructing something can be lotsa fun. Good luck, sir!
