    Yung presyo nyo ba base on tile roof or Color Roof?? so straight contract bale from drawings to executions... kung gusto ko medyo patambakan yung lote kasama na din ba yon??

    depende sa iyo, pwede natin isama pwede rin naman hindi... 2-7% ang difference kung tile-roof... yun tambak depende rin sa iyo, pwede isama pwede hindi... masmababa price kung hindi kasama...

    tanung ko lang kung mas makakamura kung flat rooftop ang gawin. yung buhos yung ibabaw, may stairs and doors na lang palabas sa rooftop.
    gusto kasi ng mrs ko puede working area yun (sampayan, dun manood ng fireworks pag new year, hehe)

    Water proofing is always a big challenge.

    We thought we had it made, by having 2 separate layers of waterproofing, on a 12m x 6m area (without load), but water is indeed a formidable (friendly) adversary.

    So, I would not be betting on a roofdeck.

    It would be very interesting to see VW's comment on this.

    Kami den are in the middle of phase 2 sa bahay (finishing). Has anybody here tried Dunn Edwards paint? It is said that a gallon covers around 40-0 sq meters. Sa ordinary Boysen paints ba magkano? Is Boysen water based na? May Boysen bang water based? I'm seriously considering the Dunn Edwards paint kaya if there's any feedback from anyone here.

    i'm compiling the important infos in this thread. for future references..

    kung patambakan ko ng 1m yung 600sqm lot, ilan load kailangan at magkano per truckload.. (ilan cubic meter po ba sa isang load)
