hi mga sir,tanong ko lang po kung pwede magdagdag ng 2nd floor pag rowhouse,mine is mezannine type,32 square meters floor area at 44 naman ang land area,gusto ko sana magpagawa ng 3 rooms at 1 toilet and bath sa 2nd floor,magkano po kaya magagastos?thanks in advance

eh mga sir ano po bang ginagamit na computer programs sa pag de design ng bahay?
lets say sa structural, anong program?
patulong naman pang dagdag sa research namen.

staad pro ang gingamit ko sa pagdesign ng structural, hndi ko alam yon ginagamit sa architectural design,kc may draftsman ako,sila yon gumagawa ng plano.

kung mid high rise ang proj,pwede pa rin sa 10k per sq.m. Depende nga po sa specs ng finishing. Paki specify po yong idea nyo ng finishing touch.

Labor and materials po ang coverage ng 10k per sq.m. Excluded lang po ang cost ng mga permits.

What is your definition of a simple specs? My simple specs might not be simple to you. Besides, not all tsikoteers here are not technical with regards to construction specifications or architectural finishes.
