If I may say so, let's not be overly critical. It's not like Globe is still gunning the customer to pay up. They've already admitted to the oversight and had made the adjustments so I don't think there's still any need for them to get flakked on.

This sort of thing happens to ANY telco... like what happened to this AT&T customer: AT&T Bill Shock ? Total Amount Due: $215,643.58 (After a $1,359.17 Adjustment Credit) | Stop the Cap! (That's equivalent to about P9M+)
