Yup. They keep on churning out garbage programs that cater to the masses instead of producing programs that increase the knowledge of the viewers.

And also, our educational system needs to give more attention to Math and Science. We take too much pride in our mastery of the English language.

You can also blame it on politics and corruption i'd guess. Keep the em dumb so they'll continue to vote for the even dumber political offspring.

I don't think pinoys are the lowest but sure will be near the bottom. Funny they have to run a srtudy when in fact it's too obvious. Just look at our politicians & what kind of IQ Pnoy has. Can't deny that this country has been dominated by a bunch of clown & the biggest looters are even protected with body guards at the expense of people's money. That's why this country struggles to get up.

Who cares? Kagaya lang din yan ng displaced 'patriotism', or being proud of something you did nothing about. Sabi nga ni Chris Rock, "Why be proud of being an American, when all you did was come out of a vajayjay on US soil!"

If one is offended by this, I think he should deal with that problem himself—as an individual.

If we keep blaming the media and/or government for our dumb successors, wala tayong pinagkaiba sa tambay na nagsasabing "Pangit na talaga ekonomiya ng Pinas" Why don't you do something about it you dumbfcuk. As parents I think responsibilidad natin na matalinong lumaki ang mga bata.
