Flood Prone Areas

I know 4 people who live in Provident in the 90s, bahain na talaga. Naalala ko may parang dam pa nga that the village built. On the bigger side nga mga bahay that time, ewan ko lang ngayon. Pero dapat talaga walang village in that area I wonder magkano price per square meter sa Provident and who is the developer



That's the problem with our country, walang planning, or kung meron man hindi nasusunod

Nagtataka rin pala ako, yung isang house namin sa Makati, malapit din naman sa river (Pasig River) pero never naman kami binaha. Bakit yung areas surrounding Marikina River binabaha?

If you look at the shape of Provident Village and how Marikina River basically circumscribes it you'll immediately realize that there's no way it wouldn't be a flood hazard zone.
