    Paano hindi mastress.

Sa mga poorest of the poor : Mangsesecks hindi nagcocondom. So puro putok sa loob ayun dami anak. Tapos sasahod ng 537pesos a day. Ano mabili mo jan pagkain.

Pag single ka at stress ka eh you need to recheck your priorities. Ang dapat malungkot yung madami responsibilities. Kitang-kita sa raffy tulfo in action. Learn from the mistake of others.

We need nature in life. Lots of nature. Commune with nature.

And i have a suggestion. We need a 2child policy.

Filipinos are among the most stressed people in the world, according to a global survey.

Asked about their feelings, Gallup’s annual Global Emotions report found 58% of Filipinos in 2018 to have experienced stress the day before the survey.

Only Greece is more stressed than the Philippines with 59% of its population feeling the negative emotion.

Tanzania (57%), Albania, Iran, Sri Lanka, and the United States of America (55%) also ranked high on the list of world’s most stressed populations.

More than one in three people said they experienced a lot of stress (35%) in the survey of more than 151,000 adults in over 148 countries in 2018.

The study measures life’s intangibles – feelings and emotions – that traditional economic indicators such as GDP were never intended to capture.

55% are stressed? Good thing I belong to the 45% who are laid back and not stressing out. It probably helps I'm not the trendy type. I follow my own set of life rules.

Heck. I had to deal with some killer bees recently. Did I stress out? Nope. I dealt with it the best I can and then laughed about my stupidity afterwards.

Eh? I noticed the survey dealt with experiencing stress "yesterday" only. I was happy, not stressed yesterday because the exterminators dealt with the bee problem. But, if they asked if I was stressed "the day before yesterday," then, I'd answer yes. Those bee stings were no joke. They were quite painful.

I think no one's saying that stress is exclusive to poor people. It's just that the stress levels of rich people in general are less significant compared to those at the bottom of the society. Struggling daily for food security alone is much worse than getting stuck at a heavy traffic.

I will use the line of our German director "I HIGHLY DOUBT IT"

If there is anything I love about the Filipinos, it's how we are a happy people. Naiinggit nga ko because they have the best NYs eve salubong.

As for Pinoys being stressed..... I wonder what the socioeconomic breakdown of the respondents were?

I know my relatives over there are also laid back like me. Some of them started out poor and later found success, improving their lifestyle. Yet, at heart, they still live a provincial lifestyle. Pretty old-fashioned. many have cars. But, they only use it for work. Most other times, they commute. They maintain close ties. They go to Mass. I'm the oddball one in the clan. Of course, they understand why. But, they're a happy bunch, all things taken into consideration.

Yep, stressed talaga dahil sa kahirapan. Defense mechanism na lang ng mga Pilipino yung "making the best out of a bad situation" which is good but still doesn't solve the overall problem. Dig deeper and you'll see how depressing it really is.

i think this is kinda different from asking people if they're happy

Asked about their feelings, GallupĀ’s annual Global Emotions report found 58% of Filipinos in 2018 to have experienced stress the day before the survey.
ung araw araw dealing with traffic is stressful kahit may sariling kotse ka, kahit may driver ka pa, what more kung commuter ka

so people think only poor people experience stress?

kahit masarap ang homelife mo... 24/7 aircon, netflix and chill, lalabas at lalabas ka parin ng bahay and you need to face the traffic

someone mentioned social media -- yeah everyone's life is perfect no? yeah right... so everyone tries to keep up and one up each other... stressful yan

relationships -- there's a lot of cheating going on nowadays regardless of socioeconomic status... i don't care how rich you are when you find out the person you love is cheating on you you got a problem

There was an incident in the village when 2 residents nag away. He was probably caught in a bad mood and he had the car parked in front of his house clamped. Car owner got mad and reasoned out that he is also a resident. The street's location is central so you can walk to the mall or CBD, but that's the trade off. I'm guilty because I used to do that too, I would leave my car in that street also, walk to the restaurant or mall. I don't get stressed looking for parking, it's free and my car is safe

My Mom has a friend naman whose house I dread going to, even if I have to drop her off lang, pano kaliwat kanan sasakyan. One time I had to reverse all the way palabas ng street because the house is in a dead end and I had no way to manoeuvre. Even if their house is in the center of Makati CBD, I'd be stressed out living there.

If I won the lottery and become a billionaire, I would buy a house in a village with extremely wide roads.

Yes we all have a "master" that we answer to. Unless maybe you are Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates or the president of the US?

Maybe that's one reason why there are those who belong to the 1% here but still chose to move abroad, because no matter how you put it, we are still living in a third world country with a caveman, misogynist and psycho president.

Si OB lang ata yan LOL. My colleagues find me weird because I take photos but I don't post daw. Ang norm ata ngayon, lahat i post mo. Here I post because I am anonymous but I feel weird posting on FB. I post pag ni request sakin, like when my friend started a business and he asked me to post a photo of his product. Of course I was happy to do this for him.

Yup, that's an equalizer. Everyone experiences heartbreak. Pero mas marami mahirap na no issues airing dirty laundry in public - tulfo na lang ang dami haha!

if you think you are, then you are.

if you don't think you are, then you are not.

but we have to be honest.

btw, did the study mention specifically, what these filipinos' issues are?
they may be something as (to me) trivial as, "high.. hindi na siya magda-darna...", to "meron na bang post office ang beijing diyan sa spratleys?" .

ung mataas na suicide rate among young koreans

Suicide No. 1 cause of death for S. Korean teens, youths

SEJONG -- Suicide was the No. 1 cause of death among teens and young people in South Korea in 2016, with the suicide rate rising over the past decade, a report showed Thursday.

According to the report by Statistics Korea, the suicide rate per 100,000 for those aged 9-24 stood at 7.8 in 2016, up from 7.4 in 2003 and 7.2 in 2015. The corresponding figure was 10.3 in 2009.
Many teens and young people are under the gun to get good grades and do well academically, which has been cited for causing them to feel suicidal, with economic factors contributing to the pressure.

The report showed that 37.2 percent of young people said they suffer from chronic stress in 2017, compared to 46.5 percent a decade ago, with pressure from school and work being the main contributors.
    nandun na tayo

people in rich countries also get stressed

pinoys may not work themselves to death like the japanese

pinoy students may not feel pressure to get good grades like koreans (pasang awa lang ok na)

iba ang nag papa-stress sa pinoy
