I saw the episode where they tried to blew up a gasoline soak dummy with an acitve (ringing) cellphone, but didn't achieved it.

Eventually they were able to prove(?) it was the static from the person pumping the gas that's causing the explosion and that cellphones causing explosion in gas stations were myths.

Ang napanood ko yung umiihi sa live na train tracks. Possible lang daw if makapal yung stream of water, which is very unlikely unless malaki daw butas ng t1t1 tapos madaming urine... Sorry for the language.

Tsaka yung kwento about the guy who was tied to a rope with a barrel of bricks and tools on the other end, etc. etc.

Pwede talagang mangyari yon, especially when using poor quality CDs on 52x drives.

Bwahaha... sinasabi ko nga sa lahat na kakilala ko na stupid yung cellphone myth na yan...

The current excuse is that faulty contacts in the keypad could cause an explosion... never mind the fact that there are open electrical contacts in:

1. The car dashboard
2. The gas station register and/or calculator
3. The electronic keypads on the gas pumps themselves.

Ah, isa ko pang napanood yung exploding breast implants inside pressurized chambers, e.g. airplanes. Myth din.

Sasabog siya sa mataas na mataas na pressure, pero bago pa yon, siguradong patay na yung pinagkakabitan. Hehe.

yung mga nasusunog na tangke ng gas, eh dahilan nga sa static. This usually happens during winter time. Pagkatapos na ilagay ang hose sa gas tank, bumabalik sa loob ng car ang driver. This is what causes the static lalo na kapag naka wool coat. Ang kalimitang gumagawa ng ganito eh mga babae. Mag fill ng gas, go back to the driver seat, put her make-up on, the gas filler clicks, she gets out, STATIC.

Kalimitan din mali ng driver, kapag nag apoy ang nozzle sa gas tank ng car, ina-alis agad nila hoping to put the fire out. Of course, misconception ito. Leave the nozzle in, call the attendant and ask him to shut down all the nozzles or pumps.

Happened in one of our Gas Plant. one of our Tech. was re placing a Gas Detector, for Hydrocardon Gas, he was carrying a GSM which is not allowed the gas presence was 35% Natural gas with 70ppm H2S, The tech. got a phone call and when he pull out his mobile. it catch fire,
