Why do some people think it's okay to steal food

Thankfully, I've never lost money in the office since I leave my wallet/purse in my area for hours at a time BUT I had food that disappeared from my area several times already.

I just noticed that the 2 full size Kit Kats that I left in my desk are missing

Back in my old job, yes, lasted for years. Me nawawalan ng pera sa drawer, food sa ref, and one time yung admin pa namin nanakawan. Poor girl had to abono the amount stolen. Nawalan ako ng MP3 player, presumably nanakaw.

It got to the point that we were ready to install CCTVs, but the bosses scrapped the idea at the last minute. Me umangal daw na invasion of privacy...invasion of privacy nila to sleep on the job
