i know that a lot of tsikoteers are experts not only in automotive stuffs, but also in their respective fields and profession....
so here's my question... what could be wrong with someone whose skin show 'an-an'-like spots ONLY when it's cold (like when inside an air-conditioned room)? the person does not feel anything unusual and when the ambient temp goes to normal, the 'an-an'-like spots go away. what could be the cause of that and what can be done? or is it normal?
