Baybreeze is in taguig. AFAIK, bumabaha diyan kasi sa edge ng Laguna de Bay located. That's where I first practiced driving in the late 80's

yup it's in taguig very near laguna de bay...

sabi nga nila bumabaha daw. may mga nagsabi din na tinaasan na daw yung area and may ginagawa ng flood control pump sa drainage system... i'm not sure though if this is true. :confused:

I have no idea. Pero mataas na nga ang roads, but in any case, pag baha doon, baha pa rin.

beware of buying lots na malapit sa lake or sa shore. remember dagupan city during the 1990 earthquake, a process called "liquifaction" occured and the buildings sunk 10 feet in some places. same thing can happen with lake shore properties.

we have a house in taguig din, but not in that area. but i heard nga na pag bumaha dyan, sobra daw.

yep bumabaha nga dyan. better have a look-see doon sa lugar na bibilhin nyo.

i used to live near there eh. sa may signal village.

meron na rin bagong daan papunta doon via c-5, diego silang village (yung bliss in c-5) and then lusot ka sa may munisipyo ng taguig.

or via c-5, sampaloc st. (yung may signage ng water fun), then derederecho hanggang sa may hagonoy which leads to Baybreeze.
