in addition to using camera fone in storing and sharing *** scandals, we can heed this advice and use it also to video road bullies and post it in your tube.

but if I may add, not all convoys with sirens are carry VIPs.

a lot of private citizens and rent a van/vehicle also do this. and i have the chance to hear a group of drivers talk about this and how they use wang wang, counterflow, etc. and when they are apprehended, they told their comrades in great amusement that the chief of police is his compadre and he was released.
