Young actor Miko Sotto dies
after falling off building

(UPDATE) YOUNG actor Miko Sotto died after he fell from the ninth floor of a condominium building in Mandaluyong City before dawn Monday, GMA Network's radio
and television reported.
Sotto, 21, was seated at the railings of the balcony before he fell, Sarlando Salvani, a security guard at the San Francisco Garden Plaza told GMA-7's morning
newscast "Unang Hirit."
"He was only holding on to the railings. He might have turned right (causing his fall)," Salvani said.
The actor was with his cousin, Vittorio "Oyo Boy" Sotto, two other friends, and a maid in the condominium unit.
"The patient died from skull fracture," said Doctor George Cheng of the Mandaluyong Medical Center, where Sotto was pronounced dead on arrival.
From the Mandaluyong hospital, Sotto was brought to the Makati Medical Center, but doctors there were also unable to revive him.
The family had ruled out foul play amid reports bruises were found on Sotto's neck.

December 29th, 2003 08:11 PM #10aawww.. too sad... narinig ko na ung balita na yan sa office pa lang, dinedma ko kze kala ko hoax stories n nman... paguwi ko naabutan ko news, ayun! totoo nga! hilig daw talaga ni mikko na maglalakad sa mga pasimano ng mga condo, ayun na tuluyan na. pero if you could see the reaction of oyo boy, galit na galit. ewan ko kung dahil sa mga media o ano e... pero mukhang walang foul play.

pero agree ako doon sa pananaw na kapag oras mo na oras mo na.
dati may kapitbahay kami tinadtad ng bala ng armalite sa tiyan and sa dibdib mga 6 yata ang tama...then after 16 hours pa siya bago nagamot dahil nagpalipat lipat ng ospital..nabuhay pa siya hanggang ngayon.
kapag oras na talaga walang aksidente. kahit nasa bahay ka natutulog maaring tamaan ng ligaw na bala or earthquakes.

i don't think that our current crop of actors and actresses are worth the attendion and money that they are getting (cept for a few and those on stage).
