??? how to EARN 3 units of english ASAP???

i have a friend who just finished all his subjects in law school only to find out he will not graduate on time because he forgot that he needed to earn 3 more units of english (law school requires 18 english units prior to admission, but will accept you on the condition that you complete them on your own as a condition for graduation)

now, he faces the not only a late graduation but missing the opportunity of taking the bar this year if he doesn't get those 3 units of english. can anyone make any suggestions which college or university would be the easiest and fastest way to get into and earn these 3 units? any CHED certified school will do.

He's got to go shopping RIGHT NOW. Nag-sta-start na ang summer sessions, and he might be able to just squeeze into a summer class. He won't make it, otherwise.

Any school will do. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila has particularly good rates, and it's a decent school.
