kakatapos lang ng car loan ko and na-release na mga docs. pero before ko ma-clear yung "encumbrance" sa Certificate of Registration (CR) kailangan ko muna magpunta sa Registry of Deeds sa munisipyo .... may babayaran pa daw ako e .... meron ba kayong idea kung magkano?

from what I remember less than a thousand bucks Lang binayaran ko sa makati about a year ago..

super mura lang yan. parang less than P500 lang eh. won't cost you arm and leg.

yan ba yung bayad sa munisipyo? iba pa daw yung bayad sa LTO

yes, iba yung sa registration ng release of mortgage (paid sa RD) and registration/issuance of new CR without the encumbrance (sa LTO naman).
