Top Gear. I am not a big petrol head but I do like to read some entertainment so mas gusto ko Top Gear. And oh its also a bit cheaper...

C ! Magazine. More innovative. I do feel that they are more professionally produced than Top Gear.

Pros:
- cheaper
- colorful
- lots of promos (i've won twice already )
Cons
- They don't constantly update their car buying guide prices..

pag within budget, i buy both, pero i prefer the writing sa C! overall.

I just bought the latest issue of C! this April and it just validates why I like Top Gear more. Ang kapal nga ng magazine pero ang daming inserts atsaka mga thick advertisements (Oris Watch anyone?).
