It's for additional parking space .. and also for protection against flooding that occurs every decade or so ... they cost about 200T-300T ... but most are 3-phase ... there's option for single phase though ...

There's a company called Cibes Philippines lift elevator, which designs and installs home elevators. At first, I thought that's the kind of elevator you need. Look at their projects, call this company and see if they can make you a car elevator.
