how do you NOT get your I.D. /atm cards get destroyed in your wallet while sitting down in your car or in any place? Is there a non-bending wallet to keep your cards in tip top shape? hehe i've destroyed 2-3 atm cards and I.D.'s this year merely by just sitting down with my wallet in my pant's rear pockets.

have a steel/aluminum plate cut out in the shape of a credit card. Insert that metal plate behind the credit card in your wallet.

btw, make sure the metal plate's edges are smoothed down or you'll end up giving yourself a few nasty cuts.

Baka manipis ang wallet na gamit mo kaya nag crack mga CC mo? Or sobrang init lang sa Pinas kaya? Kse I have 3 CC, 1 ATM, a drivers license, an insurance card (as thick as CC), but I have yet to crack them. Im using an LV wallet like this one pictured here:

Yeah, its the cheapest in the line-up of LV brand aside from LV Key Holder.

don't want to crack your atm/credit cards? put wallet in front pocket & not in the rear. did that because wallets also have a tendency to fall off the rear pockets.

me, i really dont put my credit cards in my wallet. there is really a tendency to have it warped or destroyed dahil ang tendency natin is punuin ang wallet natin ng kung ano-anong basura.

i maintain a separate card case containing all my credit cards tapos i put it sa loob ng oto. that way, namiminimize ko rin ang pagamit ng cc dahil hindi ko sya dala parati.

just transfer your wallet to your front pocket when you are about to sit down either inside a car or resto....that will minimize damages.

Just put enough calling card in your wallet as buffer. That will surely do unless 200+ lbs sitting on it.

One thing, avoid magnetic(speaker, tv, magnetic lock etc) things beside your wallet or you will destroy the data in your CC's and ATM cards.

yes, move the wallet to the front pocket.

two added benefits: less risk of back problems (my doctor told me it's a little known fact that this is a cause of these issues) and less chance of getting pickpocketed in public places :D

May separate na lalagyan ako for credit cards. For the atm bumili ako ng special lalagyan for it. A thick leather lalagyan for the atm na kasya sa wallet. Hence, 2 years na atm ko straight pa rin siya.

Take care of your atms. Dahil pera yan. In case of emergencies madali ka makakawithdraw lalo na pag gabi sarado ang bangko. A deformed or damaged atm card (especially in the magnetic strpe, yung black stripe sa rear) can result to capture by the machine or the machine wont be able to read it.

Also, I dont put my wallet on the rear sa side pockets palagi.
